Design Build Services

Project/Construction Management
Your new home project will be led by an experienced project manager who will oversee daily operations, liaise with architects, engineers, designers, and other contractors, and enforce safety regulations during construction. Your project manager coordinates the crews, schedule, inspections, and day-to-day construction details while keeping you informed as your new home takes shape.
Detailed Construction Drawings
Creating preliminary drawings is a collaborative effort between our architects, engineers, and designers. Included in the plans are the architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical design, and finishes. We then submit the detailed plans with the permit application. We walk you through the drawings and visuals, adjust the plans based on your feedback, and submit the finalized custom home plans to the DPP for permit review.
Budget Management

At the beginning of each project, we provide a detailed breakdown of all costs and closely monitor expenses as the project progresses to make sure we do not go over budget. We’ve established a network of preferred vendors with showrooms where you can see samples of tiles, flooring, cabinets, paint, etc., and choose exactly what you’d like. For your custom home, we help you choose durable finishes such as quartz countertops, porcelain or ceramic tile, waterproof SPC flooring, washable low-VOC interior paint, and exterior coatings suited to Oahu’s humidity, salt air, and sun.
